“ I really like Taco bell but I am not impressed with having to order from the kiosk instead of the counter. If an employee has to come out and show you how to order then it defeats the purpose of the kiosk. ”
“ I dont normally leave reviews... but every other drivethru in bwood takes 10 min.. I go here daily and they have my order ready to go by the time I get to the window every.single.time. Tonight I waited no more than 5 mins due to a technical difficulty, but was apologized to multiple times by the staff. They then put my order as a priority could hear them yelling to get it done first in the kitchen lol I just feel like their service always goes above and beyond and deserves 5 stars!! ”

There was one worker in particular that was running around making sure everything was good and we had what we needed. There was such a kind staff. I work in fast food myself and can understand the stress of having that many people at once, but they did an amazing job. ”
